David E. Pinkston, Jr. 30 is now in the eternal loving arms of Jesus in Heaven. We thank you Jesus for the gift of David's life and loving memory , we will always hold in our hearts and thoughts until the day we will be with him in Heaven. David will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. David was a native of Portsmouth and a graduate of Western Branch High School
David is survived by his 2 daughters, Brittany and Katelynn Pinkston; mother, Denise Barber Friedlin and her husband, Rick; father, David Pinkston, Sr. and wife, Teresa; half sister, Katherine; step-sister, Tara; maternal grandmother, Juanita Barber and her husband, Curtis; paternal grandparents, Jean and Gorman Pinkston, numerous aunts and uncles.
A funeral service to celebrate David's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday in Loving Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Thursday from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
